La Costa Paloma Apartments

Great deal if you can get in. Poorly constructed but still a heck of a deal. Mgmt has improved to a 2 to 3 out of five from a 1. Spotty rules enforcement; some people seem to be able to do whatever while others are punished for slight infractions. Residents are cool for the most part but be careful with your laundry.

Hey good friend of mine lives here the apartments are fantastic and large but it's a relief housing so their rent is less than one third of a regular apartment. They have no management complaints and all the amenities seem to be clean.

Been living here for almost 12 years and love it so much that don't ever wanna move out of this place. Affordable, quiet, clean, great neighbors and helpful and nice staff

Great location but all neighbors are loud, rude and nosey. Horrible people that live here.
