La Casita Apartments

I stayed in this building for 14 months. They gave me the apartment unpainted, and there were nails hammered into the walls. I mentioned this before I moved out, but they still deducted money from my deposit because I didn't paint the apartment. Additionally, the apartment bathtub flooded for a month, and they never fixed the problem. I had problems for a whole month, and they are not returning my deposit. When you are in the wrong. they don't even respond to your messages.

Maintenance is a nightmare. This place is a continuous headache that does not stop. On move in, bathroom tub looks destroyed, half the outlets in the kitchen not working, kitchen sink spews out everywhere onto ground, and black mold filled throughout the apartment vents. This was just on move in. After some of those issues got fixed - which took a couple weeks, more and more problems continued to arise. The covered parking area continuously has pieces of the ceiling falling out and piping leaking/bursting all over the place. Leaking roof, A/C out for 2 weeks, with temperatures over 100 - it was unbearable and thats just to name a few major issues. Beware before renting here.

I have lived in the apartment for around 3 years, but with the new management I'm not planning on continuing at all. The new apartment management is completely irresponsible and do not have any power to manage things at all. The laundry room has not been working for the past 4 months, and it doesn't seem it is getting better any soon. The swimming pool has been closed for almost an year. There are a lot more problems, but the basic point is that the apartment management is totally irresponsible and not willing to own up to their mistakes. Remodeling the apartments is not going to do any good.

If I could give them 0 mfn stars I would !! We booked a bnb from Susana first of all soon as we get there there ransoms hanging around. Then we are in the living room watching tv why do we look over and the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen is starring at us like we intruding !!!! Then my bf goes to warm up his food turn the light in , and hella babies ones crawl back under the fridge ! No fridge or refrigerator light was on … then I go to shower there is ANOTHER one in the Tub, then there was no drain on the bottoms I can literally see where the water was going. Place looked nothing like the pictures.

Soooooo bad. Terrible location. Tons of noise and homeless people.
