Additionally, the contract they have set out is stacked against renters. They are not your friend. Renters absolutely avoid working with this company if you can.

Fake property management company. Collects rental application fees and then tells you that the only person who can rent the property is out with covid for 2 weeks and that nobody else can help you. Then somehow that place gets rented even though the person who can help you is out of the office and cannot take your call or ca ll you back or be available to you at all. You can't even get a copy of the report that you paid for or any kind of information about it whatsoever
