7 South Highland Street - This is the worst place so far I was rented, noise level is on high level, hardwood floors is a disaster, your every single foot step is gonna make a lot of squeaking so you will be noisy for neighbor below your unit and neighbor above you makes a lot of noise for you. There is no insulation on the ceiling between you and neighbor above you so you gonna hear very heavy and loud foot steps, you gonna hear every conversation, tv, etc. The owner didn't do anything about it. I would not recommend this place even for the worst enemy.

Zero Stars. Highland St West Hartford. I did not like this place at all. We had mice in the house and it was hard to get rid of them, they came in through the fireplace. This building is very old, windows are in very bad conditions and the noise level from neighbors is very bad, you gonna hear a lot of disturbing noises from each side. This place is total disaster

Lived in my current apartment for almost 7 years now. First 6 years had tolerable service, at best. Average apartments; nothing special with acceptable upkeep for the building's age. New tenant recently moved in above me roughly 3 months ago. I have since called to complain about excessive noise 6+ times in the past 3 months. This is excessive noise and banging all hours of the night to the point that I'm unable to sleep, items I had hanging on my wall have fallen off and broken, and I can hear TV or yelling/arguing from upstairs over my own TV. I've had to buy earplugs to wear at night when sleeping. I work from home, and I've had to stop sales calls or meetings due to excessive noise on numerous occasions, which has negatively impacted my work. Management has said multiple times they w

KWK management llc is not very nice to their association members. We were out of hot water because the boiler broke (meanwhile this isn’t the first time), I sent a maintenance request and yes I was slightly frustrated because I wanted to shower in the morning before work. It took over 12 hours to repair. We pay over $500 per month, a special assessment of 6800 per owner was charged and was suppose to end December 2022. Guess what, we are still paying the special assessment fee and have no idea when it is going to end and the kicker is…. The sidewalks aren’t even finished, they haven’t even started with my building. Trash. They only call on restricted numbers so you can’t call back, and they don’t fix issues. Everyone in my complex has issues with them, and the last complex did too. No heating in freezing weather, broken washing machines. You are better off living literally anywhere else. Property is all extremely overpriced too.
