Completely unprofessional. Russ has clients purchasing our home. He screwed up and didn't request repairs before the deadline and since then has been sending contractors to our home without giving us notice and then when called about it blames the contractors for the mistake. One of the contractors showed up at my home the day I got out of major surgery. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and will be filing a complaint. I urge you not to deal him unless you feel like being harassed.

I really wish I could give this 0 stars but I'm forced to give at least one!!! I'm glad that Google does not allow Keller Williams the ability to remove or block reviews like Facebook, Craigslist and other sites. What is truly entertaining is the 5 star reviews you do see are from employees and friends of Keller Williams..... Save yourself a lot of headache and use a different agency!!! The only good thing I have to say about Keller Williams is that I will never have to deal with them again. Russ McClellan is an incompetent, unprofessional business man with no common courtesy and makes excuses for everything!
