We were particularly impressed with the incredible legal team—from Marty who hopped on an emergency 8:30am call to advise us through an unexpected disclosure from the seller, but also Laura who helped us with a complex TIC contract. Laura was incredibly patient, and thorough and proactively offered advice and suggestions to strengthen the agreement to ensure fairness for all parties. Angela, our settlement agent, was also responsive and patient, even after many calls to triple-confirm wire details. We'd happily work with the KVS team again.
