it's been a few year's since i used KVS while buying my home, but i still recall it being the weakest link in my home buying process. They did not have time for my questions wnd didn't seem to care. I probably should have walked out and found another company to work with. As a first time buyer, it was a bit stunning to be at the point at a title office feeling put off. So shop around, and get referrals. The title process should be forgettable.
