Very curt and rude when asking simple question about a property when referred by one of their own employees to call about. When I asked why both the receptionist and the owner (supposedly) were so short with me I got "We have been in business for over 50 years and will be in Rutherford longer than you will ever." Please work on your basic customer service. Update 1/31/20: my realtor representative got the same "hang up" experience with the supposed owner this AM. Very shady and rude.

I called their office and the man who answered (no name given) was very rude and unprofessional. Too bad. This used to be a good real estate office. It seems like they have gone down hill. I wonder if Gene is managing it any more. Rutherford is a small town so bad reviews hurt business and there are a few poor reviews posted here. I see a "review" by Gene Rochet with 5 stars. Doesn't he work there and that makes it a bit biased?

Have rented apartments from them twice. Apartment supers always responsive. No realtor fee. Correction, I believe they are now charging half a month's rent as a fee, as of May 2023.

Very rude agency. Noooo good . Under educated unprofessional . Peter Garabadien answer the phone as if I called to order pizza. VERY RUDE . DON'T know how there in business with those RUDE agents working there
