Billy Pena and his team did a GREAT job listing and bringing the sale of my parents' North Arlington home to deal-closure. In addition to not initially trying to "buy" the listing with an inflated listing price, there were quite a few unusual circumstances with this transaction that had to be accepted and dealt with. These included a shorted-period contract listing arrangement, a shared referral fee, the need for a quick close to meet a tax deadline, several deals that fell through, and an empty house/absent landlord (requiring TeamPena to address a lot of matters that normally an owner would deal with), just to mention a few.
