Cannot say enough about the team here at Kunert Realty Inc. I have been an international and domestic client of Andy’s since 2008, and so are 5+ of my friends and family. Andy directly manages my condos, which has allowed me to be less stressed. He handles all matters in a timely fashion to ensure the owner of the property is complying with all regulatory requirements. The transparency with the firm is phenomenal, they provide me with statements and an app that allows me to track all activity of the 8 condos/homes he manages for me. The admin service is amazing too, always quick to provide feedback and responses - never a delay. Andy is an amazing and HONEST guy! I rented a property from him for two years from 2013-2015, and he did an amazing job. Best rental experience I have ever had with any person or company.
