Me and my partner are disabled, and had gone through three realtors before we found Merrie Bertrand at Kuhlman Realty. From the get-go, Merrie was 100% different than those other realtors. She didn’t try to scare us into buying everything we looked at, she didn’t try to make us think that everything would be gone tomorrow. She did, however, tell us the good WITH the bad, not just bend the truth or hide things. She understood how our mobility was not what able-bodied people’s were, and sat down and went over everything we needed. We immediately knew we had found the realtor for us, and even though we didn’t have to, signed on exclusively with her. When listed with Kulmann, the agent made many serious errors. When listed with others, Kulmann buyer agents kept saying the property was over prices (only the properties they have listed are priced right). Better to work with someone else to get unbiased opinions.

Listing with Kuhlmann was a big mistake. Wish I would have gone with someone else at the start. Too many mistakes (e.g., grossly underlisted house size in listing, even below tax assessor records). They do not appreciate all the features and amenities with a property.

I inquired about a property and was told it was sold. A week later I see the property is still listed. I had another realtor inquire about it, and it was for sale. After I set up a tour I was informed an offer was accepted. I'm still looking to buy, but not from this realtor
