Kruseway Commons Apartments

I’ve lived at Kruseway Commons for about half a year now, and I can honestly say I love it here. The community is clean, quiet, and super well-kept, but what really sets this place apart is the team in the leasing office. Every morning when I stop by to make coffee Austin Pritchett, Mercedeh Fakhrdai and the team make my day feel lighter. They’re warm, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it shows in the way they treat everyone who walks through the door. Maintenance is quick, the amenities are great, and overall it’s been nothing but a positive experience. Highly recommend Kruseway Commons to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

I have been living at Kruseway Commons since 2011 and things have gotten better every year. The office and all the employees are so accommodating. The staff are kind, patient, professional and they are there to help make your space a great experience. The maintenance team are clearly the backbone of every property. This team is exceptional. There’s never a time if something is broken or failing that they don’t give it their utmost attention. In other words, I’m not ever worried about things breaking or being replaced. They’re A+ guys that work hard to make everybody happy. What a great place to live, I’m very lucky!

We have lived here for several years and wanted to share our positive experience. As others have noted, the current management and employees are excellent. Austin and Jordan, in particular, are amazing; they are consistently professional, patient, and helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive to address issues. Also, the gym, clubhouse, and pool are wonderful amenities that we truly enjoy as residents.

I have never seen a manager as unprofessional as this one. She seems completely clueless about management, treating both her employees and the tenants with arrogance. I have never seen her greet anyone, as if the whole world owes her something. This year, in 2025, I have reached my breaking point. My aunt has already moved out. Why? Because of this ignorant manager. She refused to change the swimming pool access code, even though we repeatedly reported that many outsiders—people who are not community residents—were entering the facility using leaked codes, drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. Renewing our lease was easy and no problems. We love living here..Lots of places to walk and just get out and enjoy..
