We are an active-duty military family who relocated to the area on short-notice orders. Initially, we struggled to secure a rental and ultimately decided to explore the option of purchasing a home. I came across Kristin and her team through a quick Google search and felt they would be a good fit, especially since Kristin highlighted her experience as a military spouse and PCS relocation specialist. I first spoke with Kristin directly, and she connected us with one of her agents. She assured me that our tight deadline and the fact that we were not physically in the area would not be an issue. Updated. We worked with Kristin & Co for a rental house in Petersburg, VA. We signed a lease and set a move-in date over a month in advance, but the property wasn’t ready. Kristin had us sign two lease addendums delaying move-in from Sept 10 to Sept 19. We paid for an Airbnb during that time, which felt unfair given the delays were on their end—though we were allowed to store our belongings in the garage, which helped. When we moved in, the oven, stove, and dishwasher didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t properly hooked up. It took over a week to resolve those issues. After move-out, they returned our security deposit, but they failed to include prorated rent. I had a phenomenal experience with the Kristen & Co team. We are a military family and they were very understanding and prompt to help us. We were on 3 different time zones and they were on point. We did a lot of work with Kirsten directly and would use them again in a heartbeat ! There are many realtors that can sell you a home, but these ladies give true quality throughout.

Typical people. Everything is great. Will tell you you can break your current lease, and then sell you a house and you are screwed. Do not take advice from this realtor. However, the presidential mortgage group they use are great. Highly recommend the mortgage team, realtor team is shady.
