Kristi has been an amazing realtor to us. We first met her when we sold our first home in Round Rock, and the whole process went so smoothly and put our minds at ease . She is very responsive and keeps us well informed at all times . Her caring personality makes us feel at home . She is very professional and goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend her to any of our family and close friends. We are in the process of selling our second home and we couldn’t think of no one better than Kristi to do it! I was SUPER impressed and awed by Kristy's work. Her research was so thorough and she was greatly knowledgeable about things like septic, sewage and so many other things I can't even recall. I don't think I have ever had a realtor put in so much dedication to showing me houses as Kristy had. She has seriously raised the bar for all future realtors :) So a huge congrats on being an amazing person and a professional. I think our day with Kristy was one of the most fun in Austin! Kristi could not have been more perfect for us. As first time property owners we were completely ignorant to most everything. She had the proper advice for each step of the process and advocated for us to get the most favorable option for us as the consumer. Quite knowledgeable and informative about our questions and concerns as well as humble enough to say “I will find that out for you”, And usually contacted us back with little to no time passing. We may be the exception because we did happen buy the first house we really wanted. So our case is a little out of the normal, but I’d like to think it happened so seamlessly due to Kristi’s professionalism and diligence. She even snagged us a new roof! Kristi is a great property manager. I lived in one of her houses for about 7-8 years, and she was the best landlotd I have had. She is super easy to talk to, and any house issues were fixed immediately. I only left because the house was bought for the onion creek buy out.

I've known Kristi for MANY years but recently worked with her to help me pull comps to protest my property taxes. She was AMAZING --I shared all of my property details with her and she got to work providing me comps of recent sales, what to say, and WHY my subdivision is unique --My appeal meeting is next month and she even offered to RE CHECK for me to see if anything has changed closer to my date! I appreciate her for all that she did and HIGHLY recommend her for sales and or purchases too!
