We’ve had an excellent experience with the Krishna Realty team from the start. The move-in process was quick and well-organized. Although the home was noted as professionally cleaned—likely by the owners—it wasn’t in the best condition it could have been, with some scuffs, crumbs, and other minor issues. We were very glad to have Andrew Tran conduct our move-in inspection; he was extremely thorough and made sure every detail we noticed was documented. It gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was properly noted on their end for when we eventually move out. Andrew also handled our annual inspection with the same professionalism and efficiency. There was a great deal of things that needed to be corrected before I moved in. And then about a week before my move-in date they let me know that there were mice in the crawl space that they were going to take care of and it might delay my move-in date. As I was able to go into my new rental to see what was happening in the crawl space, it was not mice. It was in fact rats. Also inspecting the other information that I needed fixed before moving, none of it had been taken care of. So I had to request again the handful of items that needed to be taken care of before I could move in. After everything was completely corrected, there was a strong smell in the garage as if a rat had started to deteriorate in the walls of the garage. The odor was horrific. We had such an amazing experience with Krishna Property Management. They were flexible around my schedule to show me 2 houses with same day request. The application process was seamless and they were available to answer any questions we may have had. The team is so helpful! I highly recommend going through Krishna for your rental and property management needs.

No ownership support poor update frequently for urgent issue. Lazy employee only, they don’t care how hard the situation for tenant. Their contractor is nice, but i am struggling with Krishna agent response speed. And found they did not give owner the whole update to fix the issue. I got three times contractor visit for dryer fix but not fixed. And they found cont board probably root cause but their decision to order the part is 1week after… and they found no stock…. Something wrong , losing ownership.

They won't show a home without us giving them all our personal information and paying an application fee? I'm not sure if I want to rent said home... but the fee is transferred if you dont want the home? What if I don’t want to rent from Krishna? Just be open and honest and ask for showing fee!
