I was a tenant for 3 years in a property managed by Bill. Bill and his team (shout out to Bryan) were responsive, friendly and always got the job done right. He takes great care of the property and has an army of contractors who are all professional. Easily my best experience with a property management group.

Bill Kring is exceptional at property management. He managed a condo I had in Quincy for years and every time there was a problem or an issue, Bill was on it. I wouldn't even know about it until after it was fixed in most cases. He took the headache out of being a Landlord. Then we decided to sell the property and the tenant was being difficult about leaving. We would have lost the sale if not for Kring Property using creative thinking to get the job done. We were able to sell the property and move on. I am grateful we had Kring Property Management on our side and I would recommend them to anyone who rents property but wants to remove the headaches.

I recently worked with Kring Property Management and the experience was seamless. Bill and his team provided exceptional service to us during the February freeze when our pipes froze. He immediately put us in touch with a plumber in the middle of the night who helped stop the leaks. He also connected us with various contractors to refurbish our damaged basement. He is an exceptional communicator, quick to respond and extremely resourceful. I would highly recommend him.
