I lived for more than two years in one of their properties. Whenever I had a problem, management came the same day (they’re always around) and they always solved it. Amy always helped and made everything easier, even when we had to leave earlier than expected. They returned the security deposit without any issues, everything as agreed. I would definitely recommend being under their management.

I lived in one of their unites for 2 years: Cost & location, 10/10; maintenance and leasing agent 6/10. The job was never done correctly and if allowed, they’d work on a project in your apartment for 2 months + and give you less than a week notice about construction happening to the building that starts at 7am and causes rodents + insects that enter your apartment with no remedy - pest control was notified multiple times w no solution found. Flat hound realty (the go to real estate company) was less than pleasant to work with and I wouldn’t do it again nor would I recommend them to a friend.

I have rented from Hajjar Management at their Brighton location from December 2020 thru May 2023 and I have to say I had a great stay and pleasant experience with management. They are quick to respond and very helpful. They installed 2 window AC units for me and replaced my dishwasher when I had issues. I never had any issues with them and miss them now that I am in a new place.

Have always felt safe and secure living in their buildings, management is AMAZING. they are incredibly helpful and really go above and beyond- they've helped me install + uninstall my ac, fix lightbulbs, etc. I'm not sure if I have just lucked out with having chill neighbors but I rarely ever hear them from inside my apt. Well kept exterior and landscaping. The building's common areas (halls, entryway, laundry room) is generally pretty clean except for a few paint stains on the carpeted stairs. The ovens are not my favorite, had to buy a toaster oven bc mine was so unreliable.

Do not live here. Reported repairs and service are cheaply done if done at all. There is mold in the buildings. After being a responsible tenant for 5 years, we did not get our full deposit back. Meanwhile, there are troublesome neighbors causing noise disturbances and there is much theft in the area. Don't do it.
