I've been a tenant at two of Kredible's properties in Wilmington for 18 months and I have had a great experience living there...! Whenever there have been any issues, like you would expect at any rental property, their team has been very swift and efficient in reacting to address and fix any problems - which is very important to me, as I do work from my home. I would definitely recommend Kredible Properties as a great place for anyone looking to rent in Wilmington or anywhere they will have residences in the future (as I hear they are expanding)...it was a pleasure working with their hassle-free team and wish them great success!

Kredible properties is by far one of the most enjoyable, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly property agencies I have yet to rent from. They are remarkably trustworthy and accommodating, both of which are hard to come by these days. They're truly invested in this business and it shows by how comfortable it is to live on one of there properties. They're a breath of fresh air in an other wise complex and frustrating business. Great guys. They are both very knowledgeable about renovating properties, and they rent at an affordable price. They are also very accommodating. Any problems I had with my rental, which were small, they fixed right away. Highly recommend!
