Drew A. is awesome to work with. He does an amazing job at establishing and maintaining communication with service providers such as setting up conference calls with management and staying in touch. He is always on top of his game when it comes to uderstanding a situation and how it needs to be handled even if it's someone that's not happy with him all while maintaining professionalism.

We closed on our house in July and paid all our fees at settlement. A few months later got a demand letter saying we owe more. We spoke with the builder of our home and our title company and they were just confused as we were. We called multiple times to get clarification of why we were getting charged and multiple times got told someone would call us back and they never did. Our builders even sent an email including title to show proof of our payments at settlement. No one responded to that email. The constant demand letters and crappy customer service made us feel like we were being harassed. We finally got someone from K&R to dig into it months later. Our builders and title company had to be involve again. Finally after all that K&R cleared the false balance. What a fricken joke…

In my opinion, this is THE premier property management company in the entire Utah Valley. They are prompt, professional, organized, kind and super easy to work with. When anything comes up, they make sure to jump right on it and hire the right people to do the job, and do it well! Would recommend them to everyone! Make sure to ask for Kevin, He's the man!:)
