Ivory Homes - Anderson Farms

Just bought a home in Lindon with Eric Bland (Ivory Agent) and the experience was fantastic. Eric was so good to work with and Ivory builds a nice product. We purchased a Cottage home and are very happy with the layout with a stunning owners suite. Anderson Farms is a great location putting you in the heart of Utah County very close to I-15 and near lots of shopping amenities. Eric thanks for such a great buying experience and helping me to add a nice property to the portfolio.

We bought our place new in 2019 in the first phase. We absolutely love our house, the neighbors are wonderful, and the HOA is reasonable. Our home has held up nicely over the last six years. I noticed that even for 3000 ft.² it is extremely energy efficient for cooling and heating. The sound dampening between rooms is very quiet. We definitely got a good house amongst the group, the only thing that I’ve had to change early was the water heater which was still under warranty. (Had small leak after 4 years). We love our home!

Current resident here. I can say the selling agent Derek was excellent and very helpful. But I've been extremely disappointed with the home. They applied the wrong exterior brick and refused to fix it, instead offering to buy me out. Furthermore their HVAC work was terribly unplanned and much of it is needing to be moved in order to accommodate a basement finish. Ivory refused to adjust or reorient the offending areas. Doors were poorly installed and even after warranty people came by to fix them, one door still is entirely unable to close properly. Framing and some doorways in some areas are crooked and not level, leaving unsightly lines in some obvious places. I'm sad since I was very happy with an Ivory home I owned from the early 2000s, but this one was just a mess. Ivory let me down

Love Ivory as a builder. This subdivision is a great location with great floor plans.
