Let me start off by saying, my biggest issue with this company is HOW they handled our complaints. How are you in property management, deal with people, but lack the ability to communicate effectively? A group of 8 of us stayed at an Airbnb managed by Andrew’s company. Issues included: broken HVAC, a poorly cleaned house, lack of ample amenities for a week-long stay of 8 house guests. For such a beautiful home, it’s very obviously a handyman special. I’ve never seen holes filled with Brillo pads. That’s a new one. On our first night, we communicated these concerns with Andrew through Airbnb so we could rectify them in a timely manner. KPM is the worst and lemme tell why ANDREW KOPF is a slum he won’t ever answer any maintenance problem and when u don’t pay rent cause of it he will try to evict you and ur family and also he will bad mouth to all his coworker cause one of his coworkers is our neighbor and he’s been harrasing us upon the issues with KPM so please and thank you don’t go to them they will treat u less then human

I unfortunately wasn’t impressed with how things went when my apartment was bought by these people. While they were working on the other side of the house one of maintenance guys snooped through my mailbox got caught on camera! Sent the video to Andrew he didn’t acknowledge it. I moved out they gave me part of my security back. Per nys you have 14 days to give me an itemized list of deductions from my security deposit none of which was done. When called out about this he did admit that he was in the wrong and the remainder of my deposit would be sent the next day. I continued to contact him about a week prior and got ignored. Finally called, he was very rude on the phone but that next day I got the remainder of my deposit. Communication was awful! Service was awful!

They are terrible the apartment I live in hasn’t went thru a state inspection in over 5 years and never ever fixes problems in the apartments OH NO I am a tenant my name isn’t on the internet
