I’d never live here again if I had kid from the age 2 to 13. It’s not like Chuck E. Cheese were a kid can be a kid. It’s definitely not like McDonald’s I’m not loving it. And it’s not like Burger King you cant have it your way. Worst place I have ever lived. (And I lived in income based housing) I could hear my neighbors walking above my head at all hours of the day and night. Don’t like what I’ve written as my first amendment right. To have freedom of speech. I wasn’t happy here. I was afraid to take my kids outside to be kid. I wish we could have gotten out of this hell hole sooner.

Scummerhorn bought it and has raised rent by $300 so don’t get to comfortable before they jack up prices again. They can’t even fill the apartments but yet they’re raising rent 👍

Went to visit a friend, the grounds and parking area were groomed and well maintained. She didn't tell me she lived on the second floor, the stairs were steep for my arthritis...lol. Anyhow the apartment was roomy and a nice view of surrounding areas.

The landlord is very nice. If anything needs to be fixed, done in a timely fashion. But most of all its very quiet. The Howard's are nice people.

I bought a grill off of Facebook from someone in these apartments. They seem to do everything apartment complexes should do. They did not move or become sentient and try to seduce me, and that's always a plus when dealing with apartments.
