Never rent from Kokko Realty. They will take advantage of you they do not care about you in the slightest. Broken appliances from the 1980's? It'll be war to work with them. You will have to threaten legal action no matter what. They will not return your security deposit for cleaning fees and additional carpet vacuuming fees when you left in pristine condition in the hopes you won't fight them. This company is exactly what is wrong with America and NH rental laws. Glad to see they have jaguars and mustangs as company cars in the lot though. Horrible people and horrible business. Good luck. I thought I was different too.

I have worked with Kokko Property management for years and have never had a problem with them. Our condo board likes how our meetings are handled in a professional manner and the fact that our monthly packets are ready and waiting for us. Andrea and Bob are doing their job!

We have worked with Kokko Realty as a tenant and as a property buyer. They also find quality tenants for our own rental properties. Despite renting one of their properties for almost 10 years, they enthusiastically found the perfect building for us to buy when the time came, even if it meant losing a renter. I moved into Stoney Creek owned by KoKo roughly three years ago, starting last year numerous issues have occurred. Last year during a snow storm the plow trucks typically come around beep when it’s time to move the cars for plowing and they had not done so which lead to my car being completely plowed in, I then had to use a plastic bowl and spent 35 minuets digging my car out. Frustrated I went across the street to the company to voice what had happened, I was given Andreas phone number to call and when we had spoken at no point where there even a “I’m sorry that happened” the complete conversation revolved more on “Well your cars out now right?” Which wasn’t the point.
