Koenig Townhomes by Milestone Community Builders

We have just purchased a second property here at Koenig Townhomes Community in Austin. James Llerandi has been our contact from the beginning, as well as the Milestone Builders’ manager. James worked with us and our local realtor to facilitate this purchase, as we live out of town! He has been instrumental in keeping us connected to the construction progress, the financing negotiations, the final walkthroughs, closing procedures, and he continues to be helpful even after we’ve closed! We can not say enough positive things about James and his work ethic; and he also happens to be a friendly and pleasant person to be around! We are very pleased with our experience and our new property!
