My husband and I had a great experience with K&O. We’ve lived at the rental property — 4437 Beringer Drive — for 2 years now. 10 out of 10! I recommend this rental to any family looking for a beautiful home to stay in. The K&O team definitely hooked my husband and I up with a good rental!! We rented a house for a year and a half from KO Property Management. Folks this is as good as it gets!. AC Issues at 235 and or 231 E Minnesota – Know the Landlord While this review isn’t necessarily aimed at the property management company, the real issue lies with the property owner. The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, but it’s not nearly enough to cool the space properly, especially in the summer. Despite complaints, the landlord has refused to fix or upgrade the system, seemingly to avoid spending money. While the AC isn’t the only issue it is the major issue seemingly if it isn’t required by law to fix and it cost money there not going to approve the managements request to get it fixed. I was a tenant for two years with K&O and they have been amazing. Maintenance request are taken care of fast and they always do a great job on repairs. Olivia and Jessica are very nice, professional, and clear when it comes to any questions or issues with anything. 10/10 would recommend leasing with this company. The properties are well taken care of and they do a great job on making it feel like it’s your home. Thank you all for a great couple of years!
