Knollwood Gardens

I have lived here for 13 years. Are there problems? Of course! There are problems everywhere but have to say it’s more affordable than most rentals and spacious too. We have a large one bedroom apartment. Others are so small. I have walking access to many places and close to my job. Marie, the Manager is strict but fair. Maintenance staff is extremely friendly. I do miss the old guys though! Love Middletown and great schools.

The management company here is horrible. We had so many issues with the apartment, the front door literally fell off of its hinges, the paint was peeling off of the walls, you couldn’t hang anything on the walls, they would just crumble. Lived there for 2 years, never got back our security deposit.

Upon calling a female answered the phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE to me when I was asking about the location. Wouldn't give me there website or management name or number. Then she hung up on me because she didn't want to answer my questions. Upon calling back I only get one word in before she hangs up again. This is ridiculous customer service. I think this place is a scam. What legitimate business doesn't have a website or customer service numbers? I wouldn't want to live here after this experience. If they don't care about potential residents, why would they care about current residents? Someone please report them.

This place is so cool. So awesome. People are very friendly. Houses are very spacious. I recommend this place for people who want to live in a quiet and peaceful environment and yet be in a nice area and be in an area every thing is so GOOD.
