Lonzo Porchia and M'lise Ashley are far and beyond the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable associates I have met in years. I had the pleasure of dealing with both on a visit to Kane by Archer Medical district and Knightvest. They are in my opinion deserving of a 10% finder's fee for the efforts they make and the respect and knowledge, they employ.... truly a credit to Knightvest

This company gave me my worst renting experience ever. You have a better chance of winning the lotto before an office staff member return your call or email. The properties they manage are hard to reach as well. (Asheville at Spring Branch) I wouldn’t recommend this company or their residences at all. Management communication is HORRIBLE!!!! Staff members usually just sit in the office & giggle while the phones ring off the hook. They tell you to contact property management just for them to never respond as well. This company does not care about residents at all.

I moved into Oakville Apartments (Knightvest Residential) 7011 W. Parmer Ln Austin, Texas 78729 June 2022. Since moving into the apartment I have multiple issues and most are still unresolved My carpet was not cleaned when I moved in. I spoke with ABC Pest Control on 11/10/2022 they stated I have carpet bugs due to the carpet has not been cleaned in a long time. Roaches! The manager told me in August my apartment will be sprayed for the next two weeks and a dwelling inspection will be performed in the units closest to my apartment. After Pest Control did not come I went back to the office and asked to be put on the list for the upcoming weeks. More than likely the dwelling inspection did not happen. The short version: June 2019 I moved to Tribeca apartments in Plano Texas. Last year it was purchased by Knightvest and is now The Dorian. This year they also purchased Encore apartments about 50 feet away. I downsized over the weekend leaving The Dorian of 5+ years to Encore both owned and managed by Knightvest. I left a perfectly bug-free apartment to a damn ROACH FEST. I’ve been so upset I actually spent $750 this week staying at a hotel not wanting to return. I don’t see how treating my apartment alone is going to correct the issue when clearly given the amount of roaches we have seen it’s obvious other units have them as well. I want OUT. This management is horrible! They truly don’t care for their residents nor do they follow up with you if you report an issue. I have left multiple voice messages requesting to speak to someone in the corporate office regarding a rat infestation that’s currently going on inside my apartment and the entire building at the Westcreek Ranch Apartments in McKinney. Nobody has reached out to me to discuss my concerns, which lets me know that this management is all about money and could care less for resident needs and health! Your company has violated the laws which is the reason why I have the city of McKinney involved as well as the health department since you don’t want to do anything! I would love to hear from the owner of Knightvest and share my story!
