Cori and her team knocked it out of the park when it came to building our barn. I originally had a certain design I wanted. Due to space restrictions in the area we wanted it, we had to scrap it and start over. Cori was instrumental in coming up with a new one that was different but turned out awesome. Our experience working with Cori on our home in Industry was great from start to finish. They helped design the floor plan to our specific wants and needs. Communication was very good at every step along the way. A few years after the completion we went back to Kmiec Construction to design and build our barn to match the house exterior. Her subs were great and very professional and everything was done at the highest quality.

I’ve had Cori do multiple remodeling projects in our home. The experience has always been great. Her subcontractors are always top-shelf, and in the rare occasions where something doesn’t go exactly to plan, she steps up and makes sure it is right in the end. HIGHLY recommended.

In 2014 I enlisted Cori of Kmiec Construction to remodel a barn apartment, covered arena and horse barn. Due to unforeseen issues the project expanded to a complete gut leaving only the frame of the building. Since I lived out of town at the time, Cori took the lead and over the span of 2-1/2 years rebuilt a beautiful facility which included a larger updated apartment, expanded the covered arena and included a 14 stall barn. I had the fortune of meeting Cori Kmiec in the middle of a horrid experience refurbishing a small house on a ranch property my husband and I purchsed in Burton. The contractor we were using went way over budget, and then walked off the job before it was done despite having been paid per the contract terms. Cori came to the rescue and finished the job for us without any hesitation or issues.
