This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had! They have incredible amenities and floor plans. From the admin/management staff to the maintenance staff everyone has been so friendly and helpful through everything. Klara is luxury apartments living without the luxury price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the Clermont area!

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Kristen Murphy and the Apartment life team, as well at the Klara Apartments, for hosting such an amazing event last night! Kristen paid close attention to details and it truly showed throughout the entire experience. From the seamless coordination to the thoughtful touches with the food and beverage, soft relaxing music...oh can can we mention fresh flowers as decor! Stunning. It was a great way for all resident to meet each other as well. I would also like to mention the 5 Star quality hotel feel I got walking into Klara Apartments! Everything was in pristine condition, amazing decor, beautiful pool top views and smells just like a high end hotel! I was greeted with smiles at the front desk which was the cherry on top. What a wonderful experience with the team they are attentive, very helpful, polite and welcoming. I had the pleasure of going to the open house and seeing the amazing, amazing development the photographs, attention to detail is 🤩 stunning. The furniture and color scheme is amazing. I’ve been following the progress of Klara for a while since my partner and I live just 10 minutes away, and I have to say—it’s turning out beautifully! Because of our work schedules, we hadn’t had the chance to visit in person until last week, when I decided to stop by on my way to the office. Even though it was still early and a bit dark, a friendly gentleman approached me right away and asked if I needed help. His name was Erick, and he told me he worked in maintenance. With a big smile, he said, “I’m the one who will fix any maintenance issue in your unit—if you ever have one!” That immediately made me feel welcome and confident about the kind of service residents receive here.
