I have been living at Parkside for the past 10 years. For the most part it’s been an amazing experience. Management has always been so professional maintenance is always been repaired in the timely manner. My problem is that my husband and myself for 57 years old eats. My husband came home from work. Found an empty parking spot and parked his truck there. It’s just an extra spot did not belong to anyone. It was not assigned. I should say so. He parked there. Next thing you know, our neighbors are banging on our door to move our F and truck. We told them that that parking spot is not assigned to them or as anybody. It’s on first come first basis. All the same day in the afternoon. My husband was walking out to the car to put a roll of paper towels. In my car. Next thing you know he gets ass

Hi, We appreciate the management at the Center Pkwy location, especially Ana and the maintenance crew. Ana has been very kind, understanding and is always readily available to answer questions and provide answers and solutions. I would like to especially give a LOUD SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE MAINTENANCE TEAM, every request we have had, they are always there, kind and hardworking hands to fix all of my issues in the apartment and EVERY ISSUE is solved everytime. Thank you to them! Lastly, the landscape team for doing everything in their power to maintain the grounds, to keep it as green as possible, grass cut and trees trimmed. Muchas Gracias. Update: they still have not paid their invoices for security service. I provided, all the information they requested, invoices, over 800 reports with pictures to prove we were on property. We have called and emailed to follow up and now we are being ghosted. This is approx 16k in past due payments. Please pay your bill! We provided the service, we stopped servicing at their request, and we demand payment. They do not pay their vendors! Local business owners here. We have been trying trying to collect for services performed for MONTHS. Tried going through normal channels, manager and accounting department. I have recently been calling and emailing the listed president/owner with no reply at all. If you want to be paid for your services DO NOT contract with them. Very frustrated!

Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure. I have been for a few years in El Camino Real Apartments of KJAX Property. The Complex was always very calm and clean and apartments were new too. The office manager Mrs. Anca was very friendly and cooperative and as well as Mr. Ruby was very kind, fast and supportive in terms of maintenance issues. I recommend the apartments for my friends.

This property management company is amazing! I had a wonderful experience through the corporate office. A very helpful and responsive team who took the time and efforts to help navigate different apartments in the area that may be best suited for me. I definitely recommend KJAX Property to anyone who is looking for a home with a management company that goes above and beyond!
