What can I say about Kiser? I have been doing business with them for around 1and1/2 years now and I am nothing but pleased. Lori and all the ladies and gentlemen who work there have been both astutely professional and helpful. From the front desk that greets you to the agent who addresses your needs, all seem to be after one thing-your satisfaction with their work on your behalf. I've experienced it first hand. They have established themselves as the go-to firm to handle all your real estate needs. They're simply a good company you can trust. No hype, no bull and that's no bull. Try them and you'll see what I mean!

The owner has sadly passed away, now the owners husband has taken over the business. He's very nasty, unprofessional and overall acts like a drunk when you talk to him. He screams, yells and flies off the handle. I would not work with this broker or this agency for any real estate transactions they are absolutely horrid.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Renting a property and I’ve told them numerous times that my air-conditioning unit needs to be replace. There is no reason why I should have to turn my air down to 68 and it still says it’s 83° in the house. THEY ARE CHEAP!! I’ve wrote down my maintenance request still haven’t gotten in contact with me to arrange for things to be fixed. I told them the bathroom ceiling and one of the bedroom ceiling has mold in it. I’ve been telling them that the BEDROOMS carpet needs to be removed because it’s causing a bug problem. Water pressure is very low now. The staff aren’t friendly & one particular gentleman made a comment about putting me out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY very unprofessional people!!

I was approved on an application and ready to turn in my deposit, but decided that the team at this location was not worth dealing with. They lack integrity, they are forceful, they don't care about you. They are all about the bottom dollar. They don't take calls during full business hours. They only answer between 11-3 lazy and unaccountable..generally disrespectful..i made a complaint and the property manager decided to just not respond. Well I am glad to never use them and definitely saved a bunch of money in the process. They will try to put in your lease that you should be responsible for garbage disposal and air filters..nickle and dime you so read your lease! Dont turn in deposit until you get a lease.

Very Happy with my experience at Kiser Realty. From start to finish the process of purchasing my home was easy. They really understand the market and the process of buying and selling. I have also used their property management division to find a renter for my home. Very pleased with the process of finding a suitable tenant for my property. I would highly recommend Kiser Realty and will be using them in the future for my real estate needs.
