This company works has a realtor Jason Yegan who is Unethical and completely untrustworthy as a seller's agent. We just had the worst experience with this guy, he and his client listed a house with false information in disclosure. We moved from out of state and had to rely on their disclosures to make an offer on a property. When we finally stepped into the house, mold and mildew smells were evident throughout the house, especially in the basement. They assured us that there were no water or moisture issues with the house but upon our arrival to the house, this was clearly false. The biggest failure to disclose was the presence of water and water damage in the basement. This is a 14K fix that now lands on us along with additional expenses for extensive mold remediation (another 2-3K). I r

I posted a property for sale by owner. A lady agreed to purchase my property, asked me to delete the ad offline so it wouldn’t hinder her purchase. She advised me Donna Carey of this agency was her real estate agent and would be taking over the sale. She also advised she’d be dropping a down payment check off to Kirnans office. I was asked to provide a property description disclosure form to this office and provide other documentation for Donna to complete the purchase agreement ASAP which I did in order to receive payment. I deleted the ad, as asked, provided all documentation, delivered in person to their Liverpool office, was told we were set to take payment and complete the sale and suddenly received a voicemail Kirnan Real Estates client was no longer purchasing do to locating another

Fredrick Sears (Fred) made my dream to be a first time homeowner real. Since the moment I emailed him he responded quickly and gave me many options to choose from. Purchased a home from W. Davies who represented himself as the real estate agent, contractor and broker. He wasn't the most pleasant person to work with. After purchasing our home and moving in to his flip home, we found several serious issues that were intentionally hidden from us. The fact that we have little children didn't make it better. One year after the initial purchase of our home, we are thousands of dollars in the hole. I sent Mr. Davies and his broker letters in the mail in hope that he would want to right this wrong. Nope. Dismissive and rude. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
