Kirkland Heights Apartments

I want to write something after my experience in this housing where I live now. Of course, after trying for six months of applying, I do not live in this apartment with my mother and some many requirements. They agreed to live in July, but unfortunately I did not receive the key to the house until December. The manager there told me that they would give me a month free and would start paying the rent for the apartment in October, but unfortunately this talk is a lie and hypocrisy. There is no change in management. A new manager came to the housing with an assistant as well. They called me and told me that I had to pay for October and there was a fine of about $60 because I did not pay on time. I told her this is not true about the manager who was before you. I want to leave my review about the friendly service I received when I came to your offices for information and guidance. They were very attentive and despite the difference in languages we were able to communicate successfully. I'm sure anyone would want to move here!

The manager and the assistant are very rude and aggressive. I'm a very peaceful person. Apparently there was a confusion about the appointment. Instead of being polite and nice or giving me other options in a nice way. The lady with straight long hair was yelling at me. With her own words she kinda kick me out of the place. When we toured the apartment complex police and police tape were being wrapped around an apartment and looked like there was a shooting! Apartment was 700 square feet! Really small!!

I highly recommend Kirkland Heights to anyone searching for a new home. Their management's dedication to quick, efficient, and effective service is one of a kind on the rental market and is highly appreciated. I am deeply grateful for how easy they've made it to live here!
