Man listen… we went on tour with Ivorie. She knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and she gave us a thorough answer to our questions. We love that it’s a gated community. We plan on filling out an application after the holidays. Cause these kids and the wife in my pockets this year. But on another note. We had a good tour.

Terrible.. Pay a lot of money 2200 / Mo.. Just for the Breezeways to be FILTHY, Cant opt out of trash valet even though they pick and choose when they want to pickup the trash.. Ive made complaints which have been ignored previous of times. Gate is always broken, there is not sense of security whatsoever. Lots of Noise , Shootings , Lots of Money w ZERO view, No balcony NOTHING + More, Not to mention Ventilation Sucks .. Its like this place collects DUST everywhere- In which I am very Cleanly for the most part ... Cannot wait to leave- Dont waste your time or money here .
