Kinstone River

I have been a resident of Kinstone River for almost 4 years now and I absolutely love the apartment complex. They have a great team comprising of friendly office staff, quick maintenance team and great event management folks. Every month they organise different community events with fun activities and food. I have loved my time here and wouldnt move to any other place as long as I am in Atlanta!

I’ve lived here for six years and honestly had a really good experience the whole time. The team has always been responsive and easy to work with. Justin does a great job running the community and has always been very accommodating and helpful whenever I needed anything. Also want to shout out Max on the maintenance team. He recently went out of his way to help me out, and that meant a lot. Just good people here. Appreciate the entire crew for making this place home for so long.

I have lived at Kinstone River for over 4 years and have truly enjoyed my time here. The management and maintenance staff are top notch. The property is older but well kept and beautiful. The community is full of active people who enjoys the outdoors with the trails and river right behind the property. I don’t plan on living elsewhere as long as I am in Atlanta.

Just wanted to take the time to give a special S/o to Calea, Shannon, & Madison. These three ladies work in the leasing office and were nothing short of amazing. I know for a fact that I was not the easiest customer to deal with due to not being certain of the apartment that would be best for me, but they took their time as were patient and understanding of my circumstances. I can say without a doubt in my mind that I made the absolute perfect choice in choosing this property for my relocation to Atlanta from up north.

Such a great community to live in, management is extremely responsive and maintenance usually comes within a day of submitting a request. They are proactive about keeping the community clean and inviting. Highly recommend living here!
