This place is a wonderful place to live. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ve lived here about a year and we’ve noticed that maintenance comes really quickly. Every time I’ve put in a request they come either the same day or the next day. We’ve had zero problem with roaches and we’ve noticed that they do regular spraying around the neighborhood to help prevent things like that. The apartments are really clean. The community amenities are really nice. There are two pools that they keep really clean and are really usable. There is a small playground with two tennis courts and every evening the kids are out there playing. It’s a very family friendly community. Living at Kinstone Columns Drive for 12 months has provided an overall positive experience. From the initial tour, well-maintained common areas, friendly staff were impressive, which has remained consistent throughout the stay. The apartment is cozy to live in with a layout that meets the needs of the resident in one of the good school districts. The abundance of natural light near by walking trails, and amenities are also excellent. The Community hall, the fitness center, pool, tennis court and sports area are always clean and well-maintained. The serenic nature views around, the resident events that foster a sense of community is especially enjoyable. One of the best communities I’ve lived in. Any maintenance requests are addressed immediately and handled with great care and professionalism. The amenities are excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. I truly enjoying being part of the Kinstone community. After residing in the Kinstone Columns Drive for more than 1.5 years, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in this area. It has been a nice experience for me and my family. Following are some of the things which I really liked about this community. - The management team is friendly and responsive and they address to my maintenance requests and queries immediately. - The schools around here are very good. So, a very good place to raise kids. - Easy trail access for hiking. The only downside of living in such a nice area is that any trip to the nearest grocery store would take a 10-15 mins drive. - There are a lot of events conducted each month at the community which brings everyone together every now and then. Kinstone Columns is fantastic! The customer service, dedication, and friendliness of the entire staff is absolutely unmatched. The maintenance team is so efficient and timely in handling any request we have. The community is very well maintained, peaceful and welcoming. We absolutely love the sense of community here. In addition to amazing amenities such as two pools, sport court, playground and newly renovated gym, they are also very conveniently located right by the Chattahoochee River and adjacent trails. We just recently started growing our small family and could not be more happy to call Kinstone Columns our home.
