Only con would be the air conditioning filters have not been changed out in over 6 months as they should which is priority for residents and breathing clean air. It's also less stress on the brand new air-conditioning system in the building especially so close to the 408. The last time it was cleaned the filter was black. Other than that the relations with office, events and overall environment has improved greatly. There has been improvements in the last year. Bingo has returned, get-togethers, monthly entertainment, movie night, and bus trips. The office has definitely improved with the communication with residents. The security and maintenance staff couldn't be friendlier and the salon has returned. St. James Church has returned to give communion to residents weekly and there is an

3 total parking spots. It's ridiculous. They made our family members wait over a year for an assigned spot. Apartment has nice security.

I have waited 4 years .Finally there is a vacancy,but here is the big surprise,no parking available .Twelve people are in waiting list .big,big disappointment.

I have lived here 2 years and like it a lot. Very safe, security monitored, Senior Apts that offer programs for the residents.

I Love it,I have a nice place to live in. And the people you can take them or leave them. But I get along with everyone.
