We rented a cottage through Kinlin Grover in Wellfleet for a week in 2024. The cottage stunk like mold and we found the place to be filthy. The 4 fans were covered in black dirt and mold, the coffee maker was dirty and also had mold in it, the slider had mold on it and there were fruit flies all over the only cutting board in the kitchen. The bureau drawers also smelled moldy, though I didn’t see any mold like I had in the other areas. Additionally, the oven had leftover particles of food in it, the couch cover was dirty (hair and crumbs), and there were crumbs all over the floor as well as under the glass top of the coffee table. We have used this Realtor for many years and never had a problem, but since the COVID-19 pandemic we have had nothing but silence from this place. We have tried to get our refund back since the beginning of June and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. We are from Ontario Canada and cannot cross the Canadian US border to attend our vacation in the later part of August. They have now rebooked the cottage we were intended to have and still have our money. Not professional what so ever. It's such a shame as we will never use them again.

Excellent and friendly service. It’s great to work with people who know the area and are part of the community. They have been so helpful during our stays in Wellfleet and Truro.
