I wish I can leave a ZERO Star. Really bad customer service. The house was very dirty, also the furniture looks dirty and smell so bad. We got our keys around 2:45 pm and we got to the house. It was a miss!! After 40 minutes the crew came in to clean the house and stated that nobody told them anything about cleaning our house. They did a very quick light clean up and took off because they were running behind schedule. The garage door can't be close because the luck is broken. The kitchen cabinets make you vomit!! disgusting smell and dirt. When we call the agency to complain about this nightmare and our lost of time, the person in charge from CAPE COD OCEANVIEW REALTY did not want to listen to us and tried to give us umprofetional excuses and then when she couldn't convince us she then tr
It was a miss from us. The house we rented was dirty, smelly, old fashioned, the appliances were old and dirty. Oven was unusable. The cleaning wasn't done thoroughly, the house in general needed serious upkeeping and updating. It was a disaster and extremelly overpriced. We didn't have a problem with the people in the office but a major one with the house.
