Kingwood Management

Awful communication. Our landlord, uses Sandy to show his rental properties. (Our landlord is great, but this company is NOT!) Sandy's communication is not professional, timely, or of the best interest of the customer. She failed to report that tours were cancelled while my husband (who works from home) needed to take time off of work to leave the rental for possible tours. We advertised our rental unit on FB and had MANY people interested in touring. When we sent them Sandy's contact info, she would not respond to the interested renters. We also got word that when a tour was scheduled, she failed to show to give the customers a tour. Go elsewhere!

I rented from Kingwood for almost four years. The townhome I lived in was amazing, I rarely had any maintenance issues except once and they came out the next day to fix it. They are very professional. Upon moving out I got my deposit back quickly. I’m sad to leave my place and if I wasn’t moving states I would of stayed here for much longer. Thank you Kingwood for making renting a breeze, I will miss you all!

Ive rented with Kingwood for seven years. Communication is key. They supply the major things needed to maintain your property. They were awesome. Any maintenance issues was resolved same day. Appliance replacement completed done same day. I never wanted to move. If i move back to MN i would most definitely rent with them again.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Our association board is still dealing with the fallout from switching from Kingwood 2 years ago. Mailing lists and documents were not transferred from the Kingwood office to the new management company. An entire bank account was lost in the transition which we have only just recovered. That doesn't even include the reasons we switched management companies in the first place. A complete failure to be aware of or follow our association bylaws and procedures. Failure to support free elections. Failure to secure multiple bids in major contracts. Proper reserves were never encouraged or maintained. Members of the association had to literally threaten legal action to institute free elections and wrest board control from one person. When we left,

I would give a negative one million if I could've. That might be generous. Kingwood Management is pure evil! Their owner is a lying theif. We had water damage on our first floor unit The idiot said they have no roof issues. A year later they replaced the roofs but will take no responsibility for fixing my ceiling.A board member has harrased my family egged our car multiple times, broke a windshield. We had to get a restraining order against him. The President of the Association had our car towed saying it was abandoned even though the he has seen my Husband driving it many times. It was driven the day it was towed. Stay away from anything associated with Kingwood Management! They are hideousl!
