consistent work orders for no heat including no heat from Christmas until moving out on new years… broken closet doors “fixed” by putting them on backwards, mold in every room , leaking ceiling and rotting threw above the shower ,driveways or walkways never plowed or shoveled … maintenance giving me a day they are supposed coming and not showing up then coming 3 days later when no one is home…

This property deserves a NEGATIVE -10 review!! RUN!! , I filed a complaint on property manager Taeler Kuss over at kingwood garden in Liverpool- Her unprofessionalism need to be addressed- while I am not a current tenant- I applied For the property back in the beginning of April for a move in date may 1st - application was submitted- we viewed the apartment on 4/9 she told me everything on my profile looks good I just Need one more paystub - on 4/18 I uploaded the paystub she responded confirming she received it - No further communication until 4/29 after I kept Checking in for an update she finally responded with “ I apologize for the delay in response as I have been out of the office due to illness. What is the name under the application? “ in which I told Her my name - No further commun

Unbelievably awful place to live. Six months in to my lease and i’m ready to leave. I placed a work order because my door wouldn’t open from the inside and it took THREE weeks to fix, they must not know what a fire hazard is. Now my shower has been running hot water for SIX weeks and will not go off resulting in water damage and mold but the work order is open so I know they see it. Didn’t bother to fix that but called me on the 1st because I took my rent off autopay yeah okay. They can’t provide a safe place to live, don’t fix ANYTHING, management is awful she hung up on my realtor and lawyer when we tried escalate there’s barely anybody that will respond.

Put in a work order due to our shower not working properly, due to covid 19 it obviously took a bit longer but wasn't a problem. When maintenance came, he fixed the shower and even noticed a different issue in the bathroom which was also resolved. When I came back home I appreciated the note that told me what was wrong and what was fixed along with the time he was there. Thank you Jeremy for spending that extra time to not only fix the shower head, but also sealing the trim back down. It was greatly appreciated 👍

We had a work order opened for 2 months, for MOLD and they didn’t do anything about it, took us to court to kick us out, horrible management, nothing ever gets fixed, if I could post a photo I definitely would, this place is not safe for children, no cameras anywhere, we had people breaking in and messing with our car. Michelle Rivers is a horrible “landlord” she needs to lose her job, couldn’t even let me finish a sentence over the phone before she started giving me attitude. People will steal your laundry, or your money and put your wet clothes on the washer/dryer. Horrible place to live!!
