Kingston Gardens Apartments

I know someone who lives out here I'm not a tenant so I can't really give a review I just know that when I was going out there the area seems pretty clean I used to have a trash issue however it looks like they resolved that at the dumpsters

I visited a friend here. The outside appears nice. But inside needs major repairs to structural areas. Air condition leaked and caused floors to have a hole. The air condition leak also caused major mildew. These are not issues caused by the tenant but by lack of over sight.

If I could give this company a zero on a review I certainly would. They are past due in payment for services that we performed on their property and cannot get any response on payment. I am sure that the tenants would appreciate them paying their past due invoice as we are an electrical company. Well, you still haven’t paid your past due invoice. Apologizing on here and not following through really says a lot about your property and Royal American .

water is nasty and muddy , sink barely pushes out water in the bathroom . Sometimes u have to pour water in the toilet to make it flush and they never take the trash . I guess the people at the office aren’t paying the bills . It’s one thing for the water to go out that could be maintenance but they barely do that , they barely come fix anything . Now I know other places in ga been having water issues lately but that trash not getting took , office door never beeing open , haha I see why , it’s so bad over here they probably scared somebody gone come in their and do sum , and the ladies there barely answer the phone . Don’t move here even if ur poor then a bat .

I lived there for about 8 years. The apartment was very nice. Made some long time friends out there. Never had a problem with management felt safe at night, also great to walk around the neighborhood for exercise.
