DO NOT MOVE HERE. The company is negligent, lazy, and all they’ve been doing is passing the buck. My sister moved into an apartment three weeks ago and every day it rains her entire apartment is flooded. And i don’t mean a few puddles here and there. The first time the management blamed the landscapers. Rather than fix the problem they just built a trench to a drain that is clogged. It did nothing! The second time they say they’ll talk to the landlord but yet still no remedy nor response from either of them. Just a lot of thumbs twiddling and an “oh well mentality”. Meanwhile they refuse to move her to a new unit because “no transfers” so instead she has to deal with the excessive flooding ruining her couch, tv stand, etc. Save yourself the money and AVOID living here at all costs!!

ive been here for almost 3 months now but i wouldn’t say i dont recommend living here but i would say when it comes to you needing help they dont help!, the mailroom and laundry room is NEVER locked so its not secure for your packages or clothes, they outside doors dont lock theres only one door that locks , they give us key fobs but theres no point if they aren’t going to work!, little kids run around here playing on ppls door and they parents dont watch them! , the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything thats going on in everyones home!, they dont try and help you with stolen packages when you have proof of what apartment number took it! , you try to call them they don’t answer! , you text or email they act like they’re confused! , everything else is pretty good thank you 🙂.

Update: unfortunately two months after moving in several maintenance areas need addressing including mopping of main areas and elevator floors and hallways. The poor maintenance guy is working his butt off but needs help. People are throwing and leaving trash on stairway and unheard of places. New key fobs... None works. Very dissappointing. Please do not let these new apartments go down even the front area needs attention. Trash around circular driveway on Christmas morning. It's embarrassing to have guest over at New apartments that don't look new at all. Please maintain these oh and security would be nice to help with people pulling up parking and just blasting music with no consideration of others privacy. Boxes are also thrown in mailroom half hazardly from UPS, FedEx and Amazon. m

There is a loud Alarm that goes off Nightly very loud. It's been sounding off since November 2025, it's now February 2026. They periodically will go out and press a button walk away and it will sound all night. It's so loud can hear from my apartment, I haven't slept well in months. Made them aware over 15 times so thought I would mention because its not fixed and it will be 5 month soon

The apartments are nice on the inside ..BUT the people here are nasty as hell . Cleaners need to be hired to keep the hallways cleaned. The floors are dirty as hell . Dog shit and urine AND trash is ALWAYS in the stairwell. It’s no way I could renew my lease coming up next year absolutely NOT . The complex is not well kept . Something HAS to be done out here . Cameras need to be installed and cleaners need to be hired . The doors are not programmed correctly so you can still get in without a keyfob .. just be prepared to deal with the dirtyness …ughhh I have never in my life cared to leave a review for a complex until now …
