Kings Road Apartments

Laundry room is a luxaury for tentants at apartments, when a washer or dryer goes out YOU the tenant has to call the company number on the washers so the company can come out?! Thats strange! Owners of apartments should be informed and owners should do all the professional calling to make sure everything stays properly working, other then this manger brenda works with people, quickly respone good at work orders for any manintence inside the apartment.

I been there for 2 yrs . When I got sick and didn't work Brenda work with me. The only reason I'm moving because I want to be closer to Austin where I can get up and take off. Brenda has always respected me and treated me with dignity that if I would move back those apartments would be my first choice

This is one of the worse place to live on the management people record their own residence with there own personal phones and start making drama and I called to get a number to put a complaint but they wouldn’t give me one

Years ago this apartment complex was properly taken care of. If you need a quick place to get into yes it's nice due to the high cost of living, but here you get what you pay for. Management is unfair and picks and choose who she will deal with. Maintenance comes weeks later with issues due to ac units not working and toilet backups. The excuse is that they don't have enough help...so hire some or get someone in the office that will take care of the residents. Other than that yes it's convenient to be located by a grocery shopping area or a few restaurants. Just wanted to make it known for future residents.

Nice, quiet, clean, affordable, friendly community. Just make sure you prepare for the summer time mosquitoes they truly do have a rally of a mosquito fest literally.
