HORRIBLE & BAD BUSINESS!! Rude people in the office don’t run background checks the legal way & take cash for rent !!!!

Lot of dogs running around not on a leash, and a lot of vehicles that NEVER move. Management is alright. Long as you keep them out of your personal life. The apartment is in good shape. Long as you don't know what you're looking at.

For the couple of months that i was there i was ok with it. Just had to get used to it. Since im a city girl and coming to a small town where everyone knows just about every one there. The 3 only things i can really say about this complex is no play area for the kid's, dog's pooping n their owners wouldn't pick it up. But other than that the apartment was well taken care of. N the manager n the neighbors were all sweet and friendly. Except the lady i was staying with

I had a family move from this apartment complex into one of our newly renovated rent houses. They were there only 2 months and the place was infested with roaches and fleas. I am sure they carried this issue from where they lived. I have never lived there, but I know people that do. They tell me the same thing.

Poor management. We had permission to park in an assigned spot from the resident because all of the very limited guest spots were taken. The managers had us towed, no complaint was filed on us for parking there from the resident. $190 to drop in the parking lot and $297 from the lot. Scum of the earth type people.
