I was extremely impressed with the woman who work and own this realtor company. They truly are amazing people. I am a single mom who 2 months into my lease lost my job, they were so understanding and worked with me. If I had any issues, they made sure they were corrected immediately, whether my rent was late or not. I absolutely recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything you guys did for me and my girls.

Terrible renting experience! Would not recommend! I lived in the property for 5 years and consistently reported maintenance issues that were never addressed, this includes severe flooding septic system that damaged not only my belongings but the flooring in the house. Nothing was ever updated or repaired. My review reflects my experience, and it’s unfortunate but not surprising that others have reported similar issues. I stand by my review!

Our family rented from this organization for over eight years. In the beginning, it was a decent organization to deal with. As the years went on, we were asked to be home for inspections, and the people would never show up or call to say they weren’t coming. So of course we missed several days of work due to that, and there was never any apology or care given. We were recently told the owner of the home we’re renting wanted to sell they gave us exactly 32 days notice which in my mind any family should be given at least 60 days in that type of situation but I understand we signed a lease and it did have 30 days notice was to be given by either party. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The WORST rental company around. Not only do they constantly lie when they communicate with you, but then they insist on arguing about how it’s an accident that they lie. They send in repair people that do mediocre work at best (repairs with duct tape) and they don’t care at all about how the house is maintained and what level repairs are done. They literally painted sinks that should’ve been replaced and refused to replace blinds that were broken and missing and over 20 years old. The owner is a vile human being with the worst attitude imaginable. I would never do business with this company if I was a homeowner or a renter. The most unprofessional business to deal with! I have used Kings Realty rental management company to rent out a home I own for over the past 7 years. They have been knowledgeable, communicative, and professional from the very beginning. I have had wonderful renters in my home - I have never had a problem collecting rent money. Also, I have not had any unreasonable repairs needed to my home in this time. Additionally, Madeline and the Kings Realty staff have been able to rent my home out for top dollar. Thank you all for your years of service!
