Do NOT move here. This place has a serious mouse infestation and management has done absolutely nothing to fix it despite being contacted over and over again. This problem has been going on for 10+ years and their only “solution” is placing bait traps, which clearly do not work. In fact, the mice situation keeps getting worse. There are mice running across tables, kitchen counters, and even on couches. Imagine trying to live normally while mice are crawling around the same places where you eat and sit. My family is now scared to even walk around the apartment at night. We literally keep the lights on because we are afraid of mice running across the floor or furniture. Run away from this discrimination nightmare! My girlfriend rents here and it has been one over-priced nightmare after another. Her first year was in a standard unit. You don’t have neighbours here - you have co-habitants. You can hear EVERYTHING through these flimsy walls. And even when your neighbours are smoking pot indoors, screaming DV fights, or have their kids running and slamming so hard your walls and lights are shaking…too bad. You’re locked in and there’s nothing they can or will do to make the community safer But all of that we chalked up to renting in a section-8 dominated community. It is what is…just deal. Until this week when the day finally came to “upgrade” her unit. After year 1 she couldn’t take it anymore, and went through the process of moving into one of the townhou

The staff here are amazing! My Fiance and I were staying in a Motel 6 at the time and the office manager had our move in later than we wanted and she worked with us to get us moved in early. The office manager had just come back from a conference and wasn't up to speed on the work load but she helped us out of a bind and got us our keys within a couple of hours. The apartments here are spacious and the additional storage in the basement is a plus. The walk through kitchen is wonderful and the in unit washer and dryer are definitely a plus! There are a couple of tenants with some loud cars but with that's to be expected when you live in an apartment complex.

Well where should I start. I lived here for 2 years the first year was ok so I decided to sign another lease. The second year was absolutely horrible. Im going to add pictures to prove it. I had bad mice problems, the health inspectors were called, it wasn’t even a livable apartment I had to move as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor do not live here. They also charge $75 amenity fee and they don’t even take care of the trash. During the winter time, the plow guys barely ever show up. The dumpsters are right near the playground that overflow on the grass (pic is included) very nasty, over expensive place. If you need more information for me feel free to contact me.

The move -in process was easy. I simply applied, reserved my apartment, and was contacted the very next day to sign the lease and pay the security deposit. Very smooth. Some amenities were not working as expected so I had to put in a maintenance request within the first few days of moving in.
