Don't live here. HOA is prejudice and selective. We got written up for Christmas lights. Anti- American. Never experienced this, if you're not White or first gen- Indian- good luck! We are the "other Asian." My kids were bullied in the neighborhood. The older men approached my 11 year old son when he was collecting our mail and told he didnt belong here?? He was traumatized. So glad to be out and living in a different neighborhood. Good riddance!

Lovely neighborhood built in 2014 that has a small park within the community. Quality homes built by Quadrant with easy access to all major routes. Very popular!

I lived here for 6 years, and it was an awesome neighborhood. Park is a great place to make friends. Younger kids (2-7 yrs) come play outside at about 3 pm, older kids like me (11-14 yrs) play at around 6 pm. Neighborhood events were fairly rare, though.

Best community around mill creek to live. Nice Small park for kids inside the community also tembark creek park and ball field is available at 5 min walk. You will have good option for commute, around 50+ Vanpool’s runs around this place to seattle downtown, Redmond and Bellevue and Amazon/Google shuttles are available at 5 min drive.

A nice and cozy residential area in Bothell, in the outskirts of Main town Seattle. People love to stay here.
