Hello, I would like to come on here and share my little experience that i’ve had so far living here and I have to say it’s a really great community all neighbors have been friendly towards me no matter what. It’s really quiet for most of the time being, the pool gets cleaned out daily as well as the laundry room! Any time i’ve had a concern or issue with something (few issues) Yessica is always there for me and my partner and works within our schedules as best as she can. She’s really nice and understanding about everything, she always helped with all our questions/ concerns when we first moved in.

just moved in February with my partner & son love it so quiet and peaceful the manager is amazing love her she always helps when you need her I love that there’s so much stores near us and haven’t had any issues with our parking lots or anything love these apartments definitely recommend :p

The Manager Yessica is always so helpful with anything I need. I have lived here 9 months and she has responded every time in a timely manner. I enjoy stopping by to say hi.

The second week I moved in my cars license plate was stolen. There's constantly homeless people digging in the trash which I expect but I couldn't park in my parking spot some times because there would be so much trash left in my parking space. The laundry unit was dirty 90% of the time. My apartment constantly smelled like weed even tho I don't smoke, the smell was stuck in the vents. My ac went out for days when it was 100 degrees in the summer and I didn't even get offered a discount on rent for that month even when I couldn't sleep there cause it was hot in there. The bathroom is so small with a tiny vent that barely works so I noticed mold within the first week of showering there so I couldn't shower with the door closer. lived there alone for 4 months and they kept almost 600$ out of
