Gino was awesome. As a first time buyer, I had no clue what all went into buying a house. We used the VA home loan, which Gino is an expert at. He kept us informed through every step and did all of the leg work for us. He also followed up with us a year later when the rates had dropped and did the whole process again when we refinanced, saving a whole point on interest and moving from a 30 to 20 year loan. HIGHLY recommend, especially if you’re using the VA home loan.
